Norm specializes in Industrial sales, leasing and tenant representation in the outlying areas of the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton market, primarily large warehouse and manufacturing facilities - 100,000+ SF. Norm has completed over 200 transactions with a combined total in excess of $235,000,000.
Norm began his real estate career at Colliers in 1986. He opened the Cincinnati office, working the rural second tier cities. He covered properties from Lima, Ohio to Georgetown, Kentucky and Indiana, working the I-71, I-75 and I-70 corridors. With his knowledge of the areas outside of Cincinnati, Norm facilitated the expansion into the Dayton market. He became a Vice President in 1995 and a shareholder in 2000. In 2006 he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Colliers, he was responsible for over $10,000,000 in annual sales in the Los Angeles market, as a sales executive for a fortune 500 financial services company.
Norm is very active in his community including: Habitat for Humanity, Site Selection Committee member; Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Athletic Booster; Former Sycamore High School Athletic Booster Board Member; United Way; Fine Arts Fund; St. Joseph Orphanage supporter; and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church member.
