 Colliers International has been selected to manage three office buildings in Skanska Property Poland’s portfolio. These Class A buildings are Marynarska Point (located in the Mokotów district in Warsaw), Atrium City (located in the center of Warsaw) and Grunwaldzki Center (located in the center of Wrocław).

Marynarska Point is a complex of two independent 10-floor Class A office buildings located in Służewiec Przemysłowy, at the corner of ul. Marynarska and ul. Postępu. The location guarantees easy identification of tenants’ offices thanks to the very good visibility. Close to Marynarska Point there is Galeria Mokotów, one of the biggest shopping centers in Warsaw.

Marynarska Point is easily accessible to and from the city center and the airport, due to its proximity to main roads, such as Al. Wilanowska, ul. Wołoska, ul. Żwirki i Wigury, and public transportation.

Both buildings offer over 26,000 sqm of office space and over 470 parking spaces. The usable office area on a typical floor is 1,200 sqm for the “B2” building and around 1,400 sqm for the “B1” building.

Marynarska Points’s tenants include such well-known companies as Generali Group Poland, AC Nielsen Polska, DnB Nord and ILF Consulting Engineers.

Atrium City is located in the center of Warsaw in the CBD. The building is being constructed at Al. Jana Pawła II, close to Rondo ONZ, 7 minutes from the nearest underground station and 3 minutes away from Dworzec Centralny. This prestigious location features banks, hotels, restaurants, cinemas and shops.

Atrium City is a Class A office building offering around 20,000 sqm of office space and 218 parking spaces over three levels of underground parking.

While planning the building, special attention was paid to the needs of prospective tenants who can arrange the office space according to their unique demands. Each floor offers 1,840 sqm of space which are accessed by 6 high speed elevators. The main tenant of Atrium City is Deloitte Advisory Sp. z o.o.

Grunwaldzki Center is a high-class, modern and functional complex of office buildings. The three buildings offer 26,000 sqm of office space. The tallest building has 16 floors and the other two have 4 and 5 floors. The complex also offers 400 parking spaces.

The location of Grunwaldzki Center guarantees to tenants perfect visibility. It is placed in the center of Wrocław, close to Pl. Grunwaldzki and ul. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie. The Old Town, Ostrów Tumski, Hala Ludowa, the University and the Polytechnic are all within a short walk. The architecture of Grunwaldzki Center maximizes the opportunities for efficient and functional space arrangements of a single office floor.
