Colliers International has recently promoted three employees. Two members of the industrial department were promoted to Senior Associate positions and one employee of the retail team has taken up an Associate position.

Grzegorz Paluch was promoted to Senior Associate. He joined Colliers as a Financial Analyst in 2006 and moved to the Industrial & Logistics Department two years ago to take on an Associate position. There he was responsible for tenant representation for the Warsaw area. Now, as a Senior Associate he will represent and negotiate on behalf of clients all over Poland.

Łukasz Grupa has also taken up the position of Senior Associate. Łukasz joined Colliers International in 2004 as an Assistant in the Industrial Department. He was then promoted to Associate, with the responsibility of representing clients in transactions of property  sales. As a Senior Asscoiate Łukasz now supports clients in the sale process, organizes tenders and represents them in negotiations.

Małgorzata Oknińska has been promoted to an Associate position in the Retail Department. She graduated from Warsaw University, Management and Marketing Faculty and joined the Retail Department at the beginning of 2007, where she started in Tenant Representation and then subsequently moved on to Landlord Representation. Małgorzata is currently working on leasing retail space in Colliers’ projects in Poznań and Wrocław. She graduated from Warsaw University, marketing and management faculty.
