Colliers CRE has worked with a wide variety of clients in the public sector over a period spanning many years providing a wide range of advisory, transaction and management services.  Our objective in developing Colliers CRE’s Public Sector Group is to ensure that our clients have access to the full range of our skills and expertise to address their specific needs and to ensure that we deliver best in class advice.  Our approach is based on a blend of sound research, common sense and market knowledge.  We take pride in delivering innovative, practical and achievable solutions to our clients.

To this end we have developed core teams conversant with the principal sectors who take the lead in the delivery of projects.  Members of our Public Sector Group have experience of working with both the public and private sectors but specifically have developed a thorough understanding of the issues facing their public sector clients.  Typically following an initial diagnosis we draw together a team with the appropriate skills, we analyse the issues, identify alternative options, develop business cases and either help our clients procure or implement solutions.

With access to Colliers CRE’s specialist service teams and sector groups we are able to bring together a bespoke team to serve our clients specific requirements.

The Group also advises on PFI/PPP and similar risk transfer and partnership projects, in both the public and private sectors thus giving us an insight into the different objectives and issues facing both public and private sector clients.
