Bob Mathews, SIOR, President/Principal of Colliers Spectrum Cauble in Atlanta, was named the 2008 recipient of the Tom Richardson Award during the Colliers International Sales Conference, held in Miami September 25-27, 2008.

The Tom Richardson Award is Colliers USA's highest honor, and is bestowed annually on the person within Colliers USA who best exemplifies the character and attributes that Tom shared with so many of us. Tom was known for his integrity, passion for sharing, a love of family and friends, a dedication to his community, his sense of humor, and his unbridled enthusiasm for everything he undertook.

Pat Duffy, President of Colliers Arnold and a past Richardson award recipient himself, presented this year’s award to Bob Mathews.  “Bob Mathews has throughout his business career and personal life been a willing and ready mentor to young people entering the business and an inspirational and motivated leader for every member of the Colliers Atlanta organization,“ said Pat Duffy.  “Bob is universally admired and respected as someone who will “do the right thing” and devote his full energies and intellect to the sustained success of the Colliers organization.”
