The Company employs formally qualified property Valuers and Chartered Surveyors and is one of the few firms in the Gulf region able to offer RICS (UK) and IAS 40 standard valuations - only qualified valuers are permitted to submit Valuations Reports under the RICS codes.

Colliers valuations are conducted in accordance with the following:
