International property consultant, Colliers International, has been appointed by 3M Singapore Pte Ltd to put up a freehold industrial site located at 9 Tagore Lane for sale by Expression of Interest on June 26, 2008.

Interested buyers are invited to submit their offer to Colliers International by July 24, 2008.

The 156,188 sq ft site is currently occupied by a three-storey purpose-built dual warehouse and office facility which has a total gross floor area of some 126,033 sq ft.

Under the 2003 Master Plan, the subject property has a plot ratio of 2.0 and is zoned for “Business 1” use.
