Colliers International Philippines provides a full range of real estate services, focusing on property marketing, sales and leasing brokerage, property management, investment advisory and consultancy / research services.
Formerly known as Colliers Jardine Philippines, the local office was established in November 1994. Prior to this, the company had been active in the Philippines on a project specific basis prior to that date. Within its Makati office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 400 dedicated individuals. Our strategy in the Philippines is to provide a more professional property advisory service than available from local service providers. This has required the appointment of management personnel from our offices in Hong Kong and Sydney whose key role has been to coach and train Filipino staff as their eventual successors.
The combination of personnel with knowledge of group and international best practices and those with local contacts and experience has proved highly effective. Colliers International Philippines’ client list includes Ayala Land, The Extraordinary Group, San Miguel Properties, Universal Rightfield, the Villar Group, MUI Resources, Security Bank and RCBC together with international investors such as the Government of Singapore Investment Corp., AIG, Mitsui & Co., Hyundai, LG Construction, Hongkong Land, Pidemco and ING Real Estate.
In major projects, our role is to identify the highest and best land uses, establish building masses and facilities which are viable within a commercially acceptable time-frames, provide implementation and financing options and establish a market position and strategy to ensure profit maximisation. As such, we work closely with masterplanners, architects, cost consultants, transport and traffic consultants and bankers to ensure that recommended development plans respect physical and site constraints and can be readily implemented.
In support of its advisory service, Colliers International Philippines has developed substantial in-house databases covering all sectors of the Philippine real estate market. These databases allow Colliers International to identify long-term trends and specific niches in local real estate markets, to the benefit of developer clients.

Using Dela Costa entrance: Before reaching Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue (formerly Buendia), turn right at Dela Costa Street. RCBC Plaza is located on the left side.
