Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, formerly known as Lanard & Axilbund, Inc., was founded in 1920 by Benjamin Lanard and Jacob Axilbund. For the past 85 years, we have continually grown and expanded to meet the changing needs of our clients. Today, our company is based in Philadelphia with satellite offices in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania; Cherry Hill, New Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware.

In 1994, Lanard & Axilbund became a member firm of Colliers International Property Consultants, an affiliation of independent companies with over 240 offices throughout more than 50 countries worldwide. This privileged position provides us with access to to state-of-the-art communication technologies, enabling us to maintain virtually instantaneous contact with over 9,100 Colliers professionals worldwide.

As a full-service commercial real estate firm, we offer retail, office, industrial and investment brokerage, property management, corporate services, construction, finance, asset management, appraisal and consulting services.

Our team of brokers possesses a median of 15 years’ experience, bringing valuable knowledge to each project. Supporting their efforts are specialists in market research, law, finance, MIS technology and marketing.
