Our Investments & Transactions department offers advice and assistance with investment, acquisition, disposal and development of commercial property in Norway and abroad.

The common denominator for the property market, whether in Norway or internationally, is the absolute necessity for local knowledge, experience and contacts. The market in Norway can work to completely different ground rules from those applying in other countries and it is absolutely essential to have the assistance of consultants who know the local laws and regulations, not least the unwritten rules and customs of the particular market.
