Notable Representations Include:
- United Federation of Teachers: Colliers ABR closed the largest leasing deal in Downtown Manhattan in the first quarter 2002 (and, according to The Wall Street Journal, the largest deal in the United States this year) for the United Federation of Teachers (UFT). The deal involved the net lease of 400,000-sf at 52 Broadway and the purchase of 50 Broadway, an adjacent 340,000-sf tower. Colliers ABR also handled the disposition of UFT’s three-building Park Avenue South campus, which was sold for conversion to residential condominiums.
- Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH): Colliers ABR has represented LVMH and its affiliates in numerous retail and office space transactions throughout New York City. Colliers ABR has represented such affiliates as Christian Dior, Phillips Auctioneers, and DeBeers Diamonds, as well as Louis Vuitton N.A. in their flagship stores and office headquarters.
