Colliers Elitrade has recently succeeded in the sale of a 110,000 sqm residential complex near Milan.
Colliers Elitrade S.p.A. supported E.N.P.A.M., the Italian pension fund for doctors and dentists, in the sale of the real estate complex “Sporting Mirasole” located in Noverasco di Opera, near Milan.
With about 760 apartments, mainly let, this complex constitutes an entire neighborhood in the municipality of Opera, with a total commercial surface of about 110,000 sqm. The area is characterized by many services, among which security service, shuttles to Milan city center, leisure center (with tennis courts, swimming pool and gym), Golf Club and small commercial activities.
The complex was purchased by Zero SGR on behalf of Fondo Sei, a mixed assets/cash fund specialized in properties for lease and/or sale. The total value of this transaction is € 138 M (about $ 198 M).
