Colliers Real Estate Services S.r.l. has recently been chosen as independent expert for the Tyche Fund, the new real estate opportunistic fund managed by Finanziaria Internazionale Alternative Investment SGR S.p.A., the asset management company of Finanziaria Internazionale Group, one of Italy’s best known financial companies.
Finanziaria Internazionale Alternative Investment SGR S.p.A. is the first opportunistic real estate fund manager to have been authorized in Italy.
The Tyche fund focuses its investments in the hotel sector, particularly in luxury resorts.
