Colliers Elitrade has been invited to hold a series of lectures for the Master in Real Estate Finance at the prestigious Luiss Business School during the months of September and October.
Over the last decade the real estate sector has attracted a lot of attention from institutional funds, banks, companies and other important market players, with a huge increase in the number of real estate transactions and developments. There is thus an urgent demand for professionals with a strong economic, financial and technical background in the real estate field.
The Master in Real Estate Finance (MaREF) is a one-year program organized by the Luiss Business School in Rome. The program covers a wide variety of subjects including real estate finance, valuation, advisory and property management, giving the students the required knowledge to work in key positions in the real estate field.
Colliers Elitrade is currently holding lectures in the Real Estate Marketing and Advisory module, combining theoretical explanations and practical exercises with the aim of providing students with a complete view of every aspect of these important real estate activities.
