  Current Properties

Our Property Management Services Division focuses on providing building owners a service that comprehensively covers all aspects of the building structure and its facilities.

Our company-wide objectives are to maximize our investors' return through asset appreciation, capital reinvestment and value enhancement. Through our sensitive and proactive approach to marketplace conditions, our property management team strives to utilize the most effective ways to reach and exceed our financial goals.

We believe that the investment in and the success of the project are related to the management organization and systems and procedures and policies that are established and implemented to operate the property. While this would not necessarily preclude the owner or developer from doing this, the Colliers International organizations can offer this today.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of maintenance and service standards for the comfort and satisfaction of our clients while maximizing the long-term value of each property we manage through efficient and cost-effective policies and procedures.

Capability
In our services, there are several components that we incorporate in our approach to property management such as:
Operations and Administration: To summarize our management services, we will be responsible for the supervision of operations, administration, employees, repairs, contracts and purchases. We will also review insurance, as well as inventory building equipment and develop a preventive maintenance program. We will meet with ownership monthly or as necessary to review the status of these and other property management items.

Finance and Accounting: We will collect service charges, sinking fund (for strata buildings), and rents on a monthly basis and collect other fees from residents, commercial tenants and vendors. We will prepare a recommended annual budget and maintain accurate records of all receipts, disbursements, balance sheet and comparison to budget of actual operations.
