This Division is responsible for the sale and lease of industrial real estate, including warehousing, distribution, flex and manufacturing facilities, and sites. Colliers Abood Wood-Fay is the premier team of industrial specialists operating within the tri-county area. Members of the Industrial Division participate in ongoing training. Junior members work with a Senior member for a considerable period of time before conducting transactions individually. Their breadth of knowledge spans from complete familiarity with the physical attributes of a building and operating costs, to traditional and Authority sources of financing, to the availability of economic development incentives. This expertise enables all members to assist a property owner or buyer/tenant through the entire transaction process.
