Corporate Services at Colliers Scandinavia is not confined to transaction management and includes all relevant skill sets from valuation, real estate financing, due diligence advice and workplace management. As a direct consequence, Colliers Scandinavia are able to take responsibility for all phases of corporate real estate projects including sensitive issues such as buy vs. lease, definition of space requirements, lease negotiation and fit-out project management.
