Working together through Columbus Commercial Realty, agents John Hall and Randy Stephens, in cooperation with nationwide commercial real estate intermediary Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, closed the biggest transaction of 2005: The $90 million sale of Easton's Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. building.

Representing the property for Chase Manhattan in conjunction with Stephens, who now works for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, the team netted interest from several prospective national buyers before Chase decided to buy the building, in which it holds a long-term lease, outright, Hall says.
