Worthington Mall Gets New Ownership, CTMT Assumes Leasing Role
After years of neglect and decreasing occupancy, Worthington Mall is under new ownership as of December 23, 2008. Plans, led by local leasing and management firm Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Chicago-based asset manager Jupiter Realty Company are under way to stabilize the property.
