Colliers Keenan has been retained to handle leasing and management responsibilities for the National Bank of South Carolina (NBSC) Building, located at 1122 Lady Street in the heart of the city’s central business district.  Built in 1970, the 12-story, 151,049-square-foot building is owned by C&K Properties.  The building is occupied by tenants that include NBSC and Merritt, Flebotte, Wilson, Webb & Caruso, PLLC, and the property also features a three-story underground parking garage. 

C&K Properties is a New York City-based real estate investment firm.  In the span of some 15 years, the company has achieved steady, prudent, incremental growth.  Today, C&K owns a balanced portfolio of more than two million square feet of income-producing property, centered in Manhattan but reaching from Long Island to the Midwest.
