FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Our facility management professionals understand that maintaining a well-managed and highly efficient facility is critical to increased productivity and profitability. Our goal is to maintain cost efficient operations while enhancing user/occupant service and improving your workplace environment. We develop a customized strategic facilities plan that identifies the best options for meeting your real estate requirements within the framework of your corporate strategic plan. In addition to the day-to-day oversight of the facility, this customized program can include occupancy cost analysis, energy audits, preventive maintenance, work order system, contract administration, moves and relocations, project management, accounting and reporting, and coordination of regulatory compliance issues.

The Property/Facility Management staff of 16 professionals includes six property executives, each with over 15 years of industry experience. All our property managers have or are working toward professional designations such as RPA, CPM, & FMA.
Our members are active in various volunteer and industry organizations. Some of the industry affiliations include CABOR, OAR, NAR, BOMA, & IREM.

We have consistently been one of the largest third party property management providers in northern Ohio, currently managing more than 35 buildings totaling approximately 3 million sq. ft. of commercial property.

TENANT RETENTION
In a recent survey distributed to Colliers Ostendorf-Morris managed properties, 97% of the responses indicated an "excellent/satisfactory" performance rating based on the performance of the property manager, efficiency of the building staff, condition of the building, integrity of the building services, response to billing inquiries, and attention to maintenance.
CONSTRUCTION
We facilitate all building requirements including tenant improvements, A.D.A. compliance work, code work, and new construction through our own in-house general contracting company, Ostendorf-Morris Construction. We will assist you with every phase of project delivery, from determining its viability and scope to project implementation and evaluation.
