THE ROLE

Our Investment Services group specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate for major institutions, developers, and individual investors.  We offer our clients up to the minute assistance in the acquisition or disposition of real estate, recapitalization and portfolio strategies, including timing, pricing, deal structure, and contract negotiation.  In addition, we provide corporate owners of real estate with guidance and execution capabilities in structuring sale/leaseback transactions to maximize the value of their real estate holdings.
