THE ROLE
Colliers Industrial Services Group handles sales, leasing, construction, and consultation for clients in the industrial market. Regardless of transaction size, we market properties on a sale or lease basis including factories, warehouses, distribution centers, high-tech facilities, and vacant land. We guide you through the intricacies of the industrial real estate process including site acquisition, land assembly, and build-to-suit packages.

As one of the largest Industrial Brokerage Departments in the State of Ohio, we have negotiated most of the major industrial transactions in the Greater Cleveland area. Our real estate activity totals over 220 transactions per year involving over 5.5 million square feet, which translates into over $100,000,000 annually.
EXPERIENCE
Members of the Industrial Brokerage Department average 19 years of experience in the industry. Our members are active in various volunteer and industry organizations. Some of the industry affiliations include CABOR, OAR, NAR, NAIOP, SIOR, CPM, and the Colliers International network.
