Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) is pleased to announce that Jordan Weidner has achieved the Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) Professional Accreditation awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council. Weidner works for CTMT in the Cincinnati office and specializes in office brokerage, representing both building owners and tenants. Weider's LEED accreditation now qualifies him to advise clients on LEED certification.
To become a LEED Accredited Professional, Weidner demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building best practices and principles, and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources and processes.
Weidner joined CTMT in 2006 and is a member of the firm's Hartmann-Ryan team. He assists with team listing and tenant assignments. In his first year with CTMT, Weidner received the 2006-2007 Office Deal of the Year award from the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), a commercial real estate trade association. He is a graduate of Miami University and is a current Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
