RadioShack has signed a 5-year lease to open a new store in the Cobblewood Plaza Shopping Center. Andrew Sellet of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented RadioShack in the lease of 2,800 square feet of retail space, at 1198 Smiley Avenue in Forest Park. RadioShack is actively looking for additional sites in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton. With the signing of the RadioShack lease, Cobblewood Plaza is now fully occupied.
