An out-of-town buyer made a big investment in the Tri-County market last week, purchasing seven office and industrial properties for $17.3 million.
The portfolio, sold by Don Houpt and Carolyn Antenen, marks Minneapolis-based Welsh Cos.' first entry into the Cincinnati market.
"We've been able to find better returns in Cincinnati than, for example, in Chicago," said Jeff Josephs, director of acquisitions for Welsh Cos. "There's some stability, some value add, some ability to dvest some of these buildings and make a couple dollars."
