Colliers Closes 3 Investment Transactions Totaling Over $4.5 Million

Despite recent slugishness in the commercial real estate investment markets, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) is pleased to announce that the O'Connell Bender & Powers (OBP) Team has closed three sale transactions totaling $4,546,230 in the space of just two weeks. Mike Sullivan, CCIM, along with partners, Jim O'Connell, CCIM, Jeff Bender, CCIM, SIOR, and Tom Powers, CCIM, SIOR, represented MBK II LLC in the sale of Bob Sumerel's 8,497 SF Milford, OH location on 1246 State Route 28 to WFJ Route 28 LLC for over $1.7 million. In a second transaction, the team, with efforts led by Sullivan, was responsible for representing WFJ St. Louis LLC in the purchase of a 7,000 SF Advance Auto retail location at 1315 Jungerman Rd., St. Peters, MO from Sidewinder LLC for $1,677,000 or $239.57 per square-foot. Finally, in a third transaction, Sullivan and team represented WFJ West Chester LLC in the acquisition of a 34,674 SF 30-year ground lease at 8306 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd from Neyer Properties, Acquisitions, Ltd for $1.1 million.
