The O'Connell, Bender & Powers Team at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has brokered five leases totaling nearly 60,000 square feet at Airport Exchange located in Erlanger, KY. Senior Vice President Jeff Bender, SIOR, CCIM and partner, Nancy Reagan brokered the transactions.

• Jeff Bender and the O'Connell, Bender & Powers team represented Gateway Kentucky Properties in the lease of 5,100 SF to Shankman & Associates at 1840 Airport Exchange Blvd. O'Connell, Bender & Powers also represented Shankman & Associates.
• The O'Connell, Bender & Powers team represented both Towne Air Freight, Inc. and Gateway Kentucky Properties in a 33,000 square foot lease renewal located at 1810 Airport Exchange Blvd.
• Also at 1810 Airport Exchange Blvd., Bender and Reagan, acting as the lead brokers, represented the landlord, Gateway Kentucky Properties, and the tenant, BDP International, Inc. in leasing 10,200 square feet.
• O'Connell, Bender & Powers represented Gateway Kentucky Properties in the lease of 4,300 square feet to GAI Consultants a 1830 Airport Exchange Blvd.
• O'Connell, Bender & Powers representing all parties, leased 4,050 square feet located at 1895 Airport Exchange Blvd. from Gateway Kentucky Properties to Lift Solutions.
