Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Eric J. Gardner to the position of Senior Vice President/Principal with the firm.

Gardner first joined the firm's Valuation & Consulting Services Group in 2006. Before joining CTMT, Gardner was Vice President/Principal with GEM Real Estate group for eight years. During the six years prior, he was an Appraiser & Consultant with Property Advisors Corporation. Mr. Gardner has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations and litigation support. He has been qualified as an Expert Witness in numerous court cases involving zoning, valuation and eminent domain. His appraisal experiences include the full-range of property types and he has appraised commercial properties throughout the U.S., Canada, and South America for Fortune 500 companies and lenders. Mr. Gardner holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is currently serving as Vice President of the Cardinal Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Business.
