Colliers Turley Martin Tucker opened its new consulting and appraisal division, hiring former Gem Real Estate Group executive Eric Gardner as its leader.
The division will serve Colliers clients and Gardner's existing clients, mainly law firms and banking institutions.
Gardner brings 14 years of experience in commercial and industrial appraisal, as well as expertise in eminent domain, condemnation and real estate tax appeals. He opened the Cincinnati office of Dayton-headquartered Gem in 1999.
