It may take the next five years to finalize Cincinnati Public Schools' facilities master plan, but the next five months appear to be crucial for unloading surplus space.
Through a request for qualifications, CPS has contacted real estate brokers and attorneys to come up with a plan to sell up to 20 urban school properties by year's end.
