Mall Stara Zagora is a 30,000 m2 shopping facility situated on a main traffic artery in the city of Stara Zagora in Southeast Bulgaria. The project is part of the first retail park in the area which includes a Mr. Bricolage (DIY) store and a Technopolis (consumer electronics) hypermarket. This diversifies the merchandize mix and increase the flow of customers to the site.
Colliers Bulgaria provides the full scope of investor representation services to the developers of the project, Alexandra Group; concept development, tenant mix, exclusive brokerage, marketing, and eventually property management are some of the more specific tasks Colliers was mandated.
