City of Fountains is a large mixed-use project with TBA of 90,000 m2, including various types and sizes of apartments, offices, retail areas and recreational facilities. It will feature modern and elegant architecture with indoor and outdoor fountains and unique artworks. Additional amenities include swimming pools, a large fitness and spa center, a sports center, a kindergarten, restaurants and cafés, green areas, and tennis courts.
Colliers is providing on-going advisory services to the investor of City of Fountains, the Russian developer, Karrat Group. The assignment involves consulting the client on conceptualization of the project and its specifications, development of the pricing strategy and the necessary marketing activities. Based on Colliers recommendations, the investor was able to make key decisions related to the project design, sales strategy, and promotional materials.
