Colliers in Bulgaria

The real estate company in Bulgaria was established in 1991 in the capital city of Sofia and has since become the unquestionable market leader in comprehensive real estate services. In 2001 the firm joined the global Colliers International organization. The Varna office was set up later in 2005 to service corporate clients in the Bulgarian Black Sea cities.

Today the two Colliers International offices in Bulgaria incorporate more than 80 professionals with international and local backgrounds who are committed to every project with integrity, creative excellence and professionalism - the values that have brought success and many returning clients.

Colliers Worldwide

In 1976 several successful property companies merged and took the name of their mentor, Ronald Collier, a Chartered Surveyor who was instrumental in the development of the profession in Australia. Colliers rapidly grew throughout the Asia Pacific and Canada.

In 1985 professionals at opposite ends of the globe formed an alliance of shareholding members. American Realty Services Group took the Colliers name and an organization was formalized with a headquarters established in Boston.

During the following years Colliers joined together commercial firms in Asia, Canada, Latin America, the United States and Europe to provide consistent, superior service in multiple locations.
