Since its establishment in 2006, Colliers’ Building Surveying Division has been providing proficient services in monitoring both technical and financial aspects of the construction development. Our project monitoring reports are based on a thorough analysis of the development, including assessments of documents (construction plans, contracting agreements, insurances, budget, time schedule, licenses and permits), as well as construction site inspections which are done on a regular basis.    

Our activities enable us to point out critical features that might affect the completion of a monitored development within the established budget and deadlines, as well as facilitate the receipt of the monthly, agreed upon, drawdowns from the bank. Our reports provide monthly trustworthy overviews of the progress registered, based on a rigorous risk analysis. 

Among our services, we also provide technical due diligence reports, assisting investors in purchasing property on a knowledgeable basis. Our role is to facilitate property transactions by making sure that the buildings involved meet relevant local regulations and technical requirements, and that any future costs are being considered when making an investment decision.
