Idaho Water Center
The Idaho Water Center is a 6-story, 205,000 square foot office building, located downtown on the corner of Broadway and Front Street. Tenants that occupy space include: The University of Idaho, U.S. Forestry Service, Idaho Department of Water Resources, Idaho State University and CH2MHILL. The owner of the building is the Idaho State Building Authority. Colliers has been providing the Idaho Water Center with leasing, property management, engineering and construction management services since the building's completion in July 2004.
Ninth and Idaho Building
The Ninth and Idaho Building is a 8-story, 84,000 square foot, mixed-use building, located downtown on the corner of Ninth and Idaho Streets. Tenants that occupy space include: Marsh Advantage America, Merrill Lynch & Co and Kandor. Colliers has been providing the Ninth and Idaho Building with leasing, property management, engineering and construction management services since February 2005.
BoDo
BoDo is a four block, downtown mixed-use complex comprised of 6 buildings, encompassing 377,000 square feet. The complex includes 3 historic mixed-use buildings formally known as the 8th Street Marketplace, with occupants including Big Easy Concert House, Café Ole Mexican Restaurant, Remax Real Estate and the American Red Cross. The complex also includes three new mixed-use buildings with occupants including Edward’s Cinemas, Office Depot, PF Changs, Ann Taylor Loft and Proto’s Pizza.
Shopko Plaza
Shopko Plaza is a 157,168 square foot anchored shopping center, located at the northeast intersection of Milwaukee Street and Fairview Avenue. The shopping center is anchored by Shopko. Other key tenants that occupy space include Wells Fargo Financial and Family Christian Stores. Colliers has been providing Shopko Plaza with leasing, property management, construction management and investment services since July 2002.
