When securing space for tenants, the Colliers Pinkard approach begins with the analysis of the client’s real estate needs and a thorough evaluation of the market.  We lead clients through property tours and site selection, as well as the transaction process, including lease negotiations, project management of interior build-outs, and post-project documentation and review.  

Owner Representation (link)
Our disciplined approach to owner representation is based on the philosophy that results are the product of good planning and timely implementation. Each assignment involves a detailed marketing plan and calendar that is developed with the property owner. This plan provides both the agents and the ownership a means of measuring progress.
