Accountability and Standards.   Colliers Pinkard has a Property Management Operations Standard which is implemented for each property.  This tool is a fundamental requirement that focuses our attention on the most critical and basic elements of operational property management.

Energy Management.   Because of the volume of properties in the Colliers Pinkard portfolio, the company has developed an energy management program that can often result in substantial savings in the takeover of a new project. A complete energy analysis of the project is one of the first operational tasks.

Contract Services.   All contract services, whether in the engineering, waste removal, extermination, security or other service areas, will be reviewed making sure work is being performed according to contract, pricing is in line and each vendor has proper insurance coverage.
