Colliers lease out another 12 100 square metres in Dominante Park
A contract has been signed between AS Via3L and Dominante Park on the rent of warehouse space of 10 000 m² and office premises of 400 m² in Dominante Park Phase 2. A contract has also been concluded with the company Brenntag Latvia on the rent of 1 700 m².

Irish Invest €350 Million into Industrial Park in Estonia
An Irish development group "Keltic Developments Group" has bought more than almost 80 hectare of land for development in Estonia for €20 million. This is the largest land purchase by the Irish company in the Baltic States. NordShore Corporate Park owners plan to invest into the project €350 million.

First A Class Industrial Park in Latvia
Work on building the largest industrial park in the Baltic States, Dominante Park, will begin in June of this year in the Ķekava Parish, right alongside the Via Baltica highway. It will be the first such park in Latvia to satisfy all A class industrial requirements.
