The new 2,000 m² Class A Spanos S.A. building on the strategic Athens boulevard of Syngrou Avenue is completed and ready for leasing. That’s according to Colliers International Hellas which is the exclusive leasing agent.
 
The Spanos building at the junction of Syngrou and Amphitheas Avenue offers a total office area of 2,015 m² on four levels and 33 underground parking spaces covering a total underground area of 1,100 m². Four new office floors are ready for leasing.
 
Syngrou is considered by analysts to an area with enormous potential. Currently more than ten projects are under development on the avenue, with Syngrou’s strategic location as well as high demand for prime office space in Athens driving the interest of developers and investors. In 2008-2009 more high-end projects are expected to be completed on Syngrou Avenue, including the 18,000 m² House of Letters and Arts for the Onassis Foundation and the National Modern Art Museum.
