Philip Bay, Regional Director Southeast Europe

As Regional Director, Philip Bay oversees and manages the Colliers offices in Bulgaria (Sofia and Varna), Croatia (Zagreb and Dubrovnik), Greece (Athens), and Serbia (Belgrade  and Nis).  Based in Athens, Philip has a diverse background, with 25 years of international experience.

Philip’s real estate career began in Bulgariaover ten years ago, and he joined Colliers in 2000. He has grown Colliers International into the largest real estate company in Southeast Europe, and has revolutionized the manner in which real estate is conducted.  In addition to being the Regional Director, he is also an elected member of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Board of Directors for Colliers International
