Jeff specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and tenant representation in Greater Cincinnati with particular expertise in the Northern Kentucky market. He also provides both institutional and private investors with assistance in acquisition, operation and disposition of investment grade properties.
Since 1988, Jeff has completed more than 1,300 transactions totaling over 119 million square feet valued at over $4.4 billion.
Jeff joined Colliers Turly Martin Tucker in 2002 after fourteen years as a top producer with CB Richard Ellis. Prior to beginning his brokerage career, he worked for Strickland and Wright in commercial and residential appraisal.
Jeff is very involved in the Greater Cincinnati community including the following: Member, Warehouse Education Research Council; President, Airport Area Industrial Association; Past President, Leadership Northern Kentucky Alumni Association; Member, Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce; Past President, Diocesan Catholic Children's Home; Executive Committee, St. Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation.
