Challenge:
To locate within the United States, a suitable site for an automobile assembly and engine plant consistent with the Client's North American strategy, while fulfilling specific environmental, technical, engineering, logistical, labor availability, and economic requirements.

Services:
Colliers performed site identification and a short-listing process from an initial 26 possibilities.  A request for proposal outlining available incentives and entitlements was written and submitted to four states.  The real estate site selection was carried out along with the tax incentive research and negotiation.

Results:
The Colliers team secured incentive commitments totalling more than $60 million to support the project including $15 million for site acquisition and development.
