Colliers provided site selection services for a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse client.

To provide the Client with accurate market information for business development and warehouse contract implementations.

As an "on-call" service, Colliers provided the Client with real estate rent and operating cost comparisons in multiple markets (50+ markets) for benchmarking purposes, as well as information on competitors' market moves. Colliers also examined labor availability and costs on an ongoing basis. A government incentives and entitlements investigation was carried out to uncover further possible cost savings.
Value:
Colliers increased the accuracy of the Client's cost estimating for competitive-bid business development proposals. We provided insight into competitors' movements in the market and made strategy recommendations for selecting cities to phase in service delivery.
