To locate within the Eastern Ohio or Western Pennsylvania area, a site suitable for an automotive parts assembly plant in fulfilment of specific technical, logistical, labor availability and economic requirements pursuant to a GM supplier contract.

Colliers performed the site identification and short-listing process from an initial 6 counties, in two states. An in-depth drive-time analysis from each potential location was conducted. Real estate site and investor/builder selection was then completed along with labor, tax, and general business incentive research and negotiation.
